Ms. Crystal: Director
I have lived in Tennessee since I was 8 years old. Most of that time was spent in Savannah located in West Tennessee. I have lived in Nashville since 2005. I have two boys Xander, 14 yrs and Ian, 7 yrs. Xander attends Issac Litton Middle and Ian attends Dan Mills Elementary School. My family and I are members of Dalewood Baptist Church. I am a Cub Scout leader with Pack 262, here in Inglewood. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my kids, reading, baking, camping, watching movies. I love meeting new people and learning new things.
I decided to become Certified Nurses’ Aid. Since 2007 I have worked at ST Thomas West Hospital, as a Patient Care Technician. I love St Thomas and working only two shifts a week, allows me more time with my kids and to run the Parents' Day Out Program. My family and I are members of Dalewood Baptist Church. We love our church family.
This is my fifth year at Dalewood Baptist as Director. However, we are not new to the program, my son Xander attended when he was younger. I am looking forward each school. I love getting to know all of the children.

My name is Ariel I have three kiddos two of which attend the program. I have been married for almost 6 years. I attended Volunteer State to obtain my associates in education, and Lindsey Wilson to obtain my bachelors in Human Services and Counseling. I am blessed to be the director of Bellshire Parents Day Out Program and teach at Dalewood Baptist. Before directing I taught preschool, and nannies for seven years prior. I can’t not wait to see what the year brings!

My name is Rosana Swinford. I have been married for 9 yrs and have 5 beautiful children who keep us busy with school and sports all year round. Jordan 9, Jaylene 9, BriAnn 7, Jameson 5 1/2 and Elizabeth 4 yr. Old. I was born and raised in Long Beach, CA. I have lived in TN for 5 yrs now. We relocated here when my husband finished out his 8yr contract with the military. I have been here at Dalewood for almost 3 years. I am extremely excited to have your little ones in my class. I look forward to teaching your little ones as well as getting to know all the parents. It is going to be a fun and exciting year.

Hello! My name is Angel Hausman. I have lived in Nashville for just over 6 years now. I grew up in Colorado and moved to Indiana when I was 14. I met my husband when I was 17 and we have been married for 15 years. Together we have three wonderful kids. Quintin (14) Kayden (12) and Olyvia (8). Our family is always busy and on the go. With football, cheer, softball and baseball we tend to spend most days/nights at the ball park. During the fall season I am a cheer coach for my daughter’s team and in the spring I coach softball. Aside from being at the ballpark we love spending time together and with friends doing cookouts, going to the zoo, water parks and having picnics. We also love to travel and visit family out of state. One of my passions that seems to have rubbed off on my kids is music. I love to sing so there will be lots of music and movement in my classroom.
My passion is teaching. I have been working with preschool through 5th grade for the last 6 years and have just recently been accepted to college to further my educational degree. I have subbed at Dalewood previously but this will be my third year teaching here. I am so excited to be a part of this school and get to teach your kiddos. I’m looking forward to a wonderful year!

Although this is my second year at Dalewood Baptist PDO, I have many years of teaching experience. I taught preschool before my daughter was born. I then became a stay at home mom. When my daughter started school, I began substitute teaching. In recent years, I have volunteered at Kirkpatrick Elementary and Rosebank Elementary. I am also the lead director of the kid's department at Inglewood Church of the Nazarene. I am looking forward to a wonderful, fun year with the children.

I actually worked here at Dalewood Baptist "Mother's Day Out" twenty years ago when my oldest daughter was 2 years old. My other children have attended this program as well. They have fond memories of when they were in "little kids school".
I am a member of Inglewood Baptist Church and I teach 3rd and 4th grade Sunday School.
I like to keep active with my kids' schools, Scouts, Band and Church Youth Group activities. As a family we enjoy hiking at different State Parks, and planning on visiting each one.
My hobbies include crochet, baking, gardening and of course books, books and more books!
But, the most important thing you should know about me is that I Love Jesus and I hope to share God's love with these precious little ones!
